The church leader of the 21st century has to have a corporate view and treat his church like a global transnational company regardless of the size of the church.
More often than not, the church leadership tries to “avoid becoming worldly”, or “lose the spirituality”. People are used to seeing churches driving their events and programs in a haphazard manner. They are accustomed to doing things without proper planning, organising, leading or controlling, thereby breeding serious chaos in the house of God, which some people mistakenly interpret to be the “the presence of the Holy Spirit”.

Even Jesus Christ refers to the work of God as “my father’s business”. Luke 2:49 “And He said to them, “Why did you seek me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?” Taking souls to heaven is big business!
